At present, global tourism and MICE industries develop rapidly and show a clear tendency to become major pillars in the global economy. In line with the principles of the 4th Euro-Asia Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management - the Tourism, MICE and Management Technique session was jointly organized by the IMRE program of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany, and the Tourism Management College of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China.
As the second part of the proceedings of the conference, this book contributes to academic literature by presenting 31 papers on recent research findings of more than 50 researchers in tourism and MICE management, and environmental management. Papers in the book discuss international tourism and MICE management from the perspectives of risk management, eco-tourism, tourism information management, tourism history, MICE education, CSR and Business ethics. As a pioneering work about Euro-Asian cooperation on sustainable tourism management, this book may become a guideline for responsible MICE and tourism management. It deserves careful reading and should find numerous readers.
